Case Study: Cardiac Arrest in a 34 year male patient

PRESENTED
Severe chest pain
Profuse sweating
ECG – Had acute extensive anterior wall Myocardial infarction
Patient had sudden episode of ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest
Immediate CPR started and D.C of 200J delivered F/b C.P.R continued
Around 5 cycles of C.P.R & 3 D.C patient reverted with Sinus rhythm with all immerging drugs and C venti support patient immediately shifted to Cath lab for primary PTOA
CAG revealed proximal LAD total occlusion. Immediate Stentor done by Dr. Ravindra Sanglikar sir. During procedure also patient had V.T episode received emergency drugs and 3 D.C with successful PTOA to LAF patient is shifted to CCV and stabilized
